In Part 1 I showed you how to make the dough for spicy Speculaas biscuits. You can leave it in the fridge for up to three days, so it’s really easy to make your home smell lovely on Christmas day.
Roll the dough out onto a floured surface:
My mother emigrated from the Netherlands as a small child. I like to make these Speculaas biscuits at Christmas time to keep a family tradition alive. They are spicy and delicious. You can make the dough and cut them out a few days ahead, and bake them on Christmas morning to release their delicious aroma.
